Abstract

|
The Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor belongs to sex cord stromal ovarian tumor and the testosterone secreting tumor. This tumor occasionally shows the retiform differentiation or heterologous element in pathologic specimen, the choice of treatment is TAH, BSO if patient did not want reproductivity. The chemotherapy or radiotherapy is recommended above stage IB. We experienced a Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor and so we present it with brief review of literature.
